Ajay Sharma is veteran executive, currently establishing Evrensel Capital Partners Limited in India as Managing Director and founder of ASR ventures (Invest in Impact innovations), The Netherlands. Ajay is serving director in several international companies and grown business internationally for small and big corporates through technology and M&A. Ajay is also a Professor of Finance, Technology and Innovation at UIBS for graduate students. He is passionate about value creation through innovation, technology and global growth. He is Electrical Engineer, Finance MBA, International finance Law (LLM), and executive education in M&A and corporate restructuring from Harvard Business School."

Wiebo Vaartjes, former Executive Vice President and CEO of Philips LifeStyle Entertainment division has spent most of his international career in global roles, including living in Hong Kong/ Asia for more than 20 years. After leaving Philips in 2015 he has spent most of his time in new business ventures, including start-ups and scale ups. In nearly all his roles major transformations needed to be managed, always in high pressure environments. The combination of corporate experience and dealing with much smaller companies, allows him to bring relevant learnings together in his consulting practice, and board positions, benefiting new generations of leaders who like to think B&D, big and different! 

The session will be moderated by Mike Mastroyiannisthe founder and Managing Partner of TenX2 and COO of Energybox an IoT solutions Scale-up. Mike has a wealth of experience with growth, transformations and M&A from his previous roles as CEO or Managing Director of Corporates or Start-ups and Scale-ups.
