Mike is innovation management consultant as well as business & management coach specializing in transformational leadership, exponential growth innovation, team breakthroughs and transformations. He has served 3x as CEO of global business units in multinationals (Philips Electronics, Siemens), he founded and/or lead 3 technology start ups and has 3 decades of leadership experience with at least 3x fast turnarounds. He worked in both B2C and B2B industries (consumer electronics, digital communications, energy efficiency and digital lighting solutions), has created and lead innovative scalable global portfolios and systems, he is reinventing, simplifying, automating, growing effectively and leveraging the community as well as external assets. He has 3 university degrees, has lived in 6 countries in Europe and Asia and now lives in Hong Kong.






Dr Weiguo wang, Singapore 

Weiguo brings 17 years of telecom system integration, mission critical system engineering, and deployment experience with two global multinational corporations as well as nine years of applied research and innovation experience in IT and communications at a public research lab in Singapore. He has a good appreciation and understanding of technologies from chip level, circuit board level, hardware/software product level to systems and enterprise levels. He has extensive business engagement with telecom & cable TV operators, railway, oil & gas construction and operating companies, government municipalities, law-enforcement agencies, airport operators, and etc. He has successfully built and managed different types of teams in various cultural, organizational and geographical settings.

As founder/CEO of Berkeley Sourcing Group, Greg Fisher has spent the last 13 years working with over 1000 hardware startups to develop and manufacture innovative products.  Living in China 1/3rd of that time, he worked with hardware startups and factories to help improve their designs for manufacturing, qualify and select factories, manage factory negotiations and relationships, and develop and implement quality control processes.  With this history, Greg has a unique perspective and immense passion for what it takes for hardware startups to build the right foundation and scale their operations.  Seeing the need for more support for hardware startups to realize success, Greg started Hardware Massive, which is now the leading Global Community/Platform for Hardware Startup Innovation, and HardwareCon, the Bay Area's premier hardware innovation conference.  Their missions are to empower hardware startups to succeed through networking, events, education, and providing access to resources.  Summing up, Greg is all about hardware innovation.

Karim Elmorsi, Amsterdam The Netherlands


Karim is an experienced general manager with a background in mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, joint ventures, IT and supply chain management. Prior to starting askme Partners, Karim worked for Midaxo (a scale-up company) as their VP EMEA and Head of Global Key Accounts where he was responsible for helping clients professionalize their end-to-end M&A/PMI processes leveraging the Midaxo platform. In this role he supported several Fortune 500 companies improve their M&A, PMI, and JV processes including Philips, Nokia, Hitachi, Molex, Verizon, HPE, and MAPFRE. At Philips he was one of the founding members of the New Venture Integration team where he established Philips PMI playbook and processes. His hands-on PMI/JV experience at Philips covers more than 25 integrated deals across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Karim has also worked at Ernst & Young and Lufthansa in various senior management roles. He is a serial entrepreneur and has co-started businesses in the decorative lighting industry as well as the consumer distribution industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in International and Operations management from Boston University. He is a dual citizen holding both the US and Dutch nationality and speaks fluent English, Dutch, and German.
